Redirect automatically is not handled by JMeter - it is handled by the HTTP 
protocol implementation.

Not sure that there is anything the JMeter code can do about this, other than 
disallowing auto redirect for POST requests.

In fact this is what HTTP Client does, because redirected POST requests are 
supposed to be subject to user confirmation.
