Your Name definitely hits on this rules regexp.

So we have a couple of solutions:

1 - Leave it as-is as acceptable collateral damage
2 - the ?!\.fr is a not matching on free.fr so we could theoretically exclude
-ebooks.net in the same regexp backreference
3 - We could lower the score due to FPs.

#1 is not acceptable to me.  It's a high scoring rule and his point seems
legit.
#2 is likely not a good idea because free.fr is a very large ISP but
free-ebooks doesn't justify a customize rule
#3 is likely the correct answer.

However, I'd like to here more about why this URL is in URIBL.
