ok, it has LGPL deps: http://jeo.github.io/faq/

But this could change after reading this proposal
<http://locationtech.org/proposals/jts-topology-suite> about JTS as
LocationTech does not really allow LGPL and the say:
/Project Scheduling: //JTS plans to relicense and come to LocationTech
in Q4, 2013./
