FYI - 1.2 Alpha Release

Hi All,

In order to accommodate all the new features that have been added by the
Apache Axis C++ community during this period a release "1.2 alpha" leading
to release "1.2" is planned to be released tomorrow (15.06.2004). Current
plan is to create the release from the following tag "Release1-2-alpha-3"
in the CVS head.
