can someone check antRun in?

I tried to check out xerces from CVS and had two problems
which can be solved very easily by someone with write access
to the CVS:

1. Please tell in xml-xerces/java/README that you can 
build xerces with ant, too. (make failed on my system, 
see previous message from me ( sub: CVS make ...))

2. Ant needs the antRun script in xml-xerces/java/tools/bin
please add it. (file attached)
