[ANNOUNCE] Apache Grails 7.0.8

The Apache Grails community is pleased to announce the release of Apache 
Grails 7.0.8.

   Grails is a powerful Groovy-based web application framework for the 
JVM, built on top of Spring Boot, and supported by a rich ecosystem of 
plugins that extend its functionality.
