I considered that, but ended up not doing it as it felt like it might be a
little confusing for newcomers to TS to have old, defunct config files
referenced in the same list as active ones -- even if, once clicked
through, they made it clear they were deprecated.
Though, not having them linked from any of the ToCs will almost certainly
reduce their pageranks. Maybe the compromise is to have a "Deprecated
Configuration Files" section, so that they're still linked but not muddying
up the list of current files. I would probably reintroduce a stub for the
old stats.config.xml pointing to metrics.config if I go this route.
