Jeremy, Thank you for your comments. The support of AssociationOverrides for MappedSuperclass on JoinTable is committed to trunk r-750469. The test cases are also checked in. The correpsonding orm test case will be checked in once the orm schema is updated.

Comments on rev 750122:  It looks like the class-level Metadata parser needs to parse out the join table attribute so that it can be applied to a mapped superclass.  Please add a test for this scenario as well.
