[jira] [Updated] (AMBARI-14890) AMS: External mode with a non-local
HBase cluster
Siddharth Wagle updated AMBARI-14890:
-------------------------------------
Description:
_Objective_:
- Support AMS external operation mode to seggregate the collection and aggregation from the storage layer
- Allow external mode to signify AMS storage to be external HBase cluster (with Phoenix enabled).
- Make sure the PHOENIX-914 query by ROW_TIMESTAMP support is enabled before supporting external storage. This optimization allows AMS to use HBase native timestamp for timeseries query.
