Of course it's loaded.
white@artiste:/usr/local/etc/apache>grep proxy httpd.conf
LoadModule proxy_module libexec/apache/libproxy.so
AddModule mod_proxy.c
If it'd not be loaded, how would the usual proxying of local files work?
