Site updates

In the meantime I updated the web site with the following items:

* New Apache Logo (looks a bit off with our current design)
* A "thanks" page with a list (with a single item right now) of vendors who supported us with free tools licenses - http://cayenne.apache.org/thanks.html
* Folded 1.2 and 2.0 links into a new "legacy" releases site section
* Updated copyright year to 2016.
