[BUG]:Lines separating Columns are incorrect if table is broken

FOP-Version: FOP-0_14_0
Description:
If a long table is broken over two pages the separation line between the
columns and the line on the bottom of the table are incorrect.
On the first page the lines are drawn in a way that would be correct for
the second page (stopping after three lines, if there are three lines on
the second page).
There are now lines on the second page.

Thank you a lot for the good start. FOP will be and is a really very
valuable program.
