mod_proxy is case sensitive on first directory in proxypass

Summary: mod_proxy is case sensitive on first directory in
                    proxypass
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.36
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_proxy
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: marco_perestrello@unicer.pt

mod_proxy is case sensitive in windows 2000 on first letter of directory name
in a proxy pass directive.

for example:

ProxyPass /unicer/ http://....

if I have a URL with /Unicer/.... it will look for it on the proxy rather than
pass through, which does not occur with a url /unicer/
