[GitHub] [accumulo] ctubbsii opened a new pull request #1827: Fix unneeded audit message about denial

ctubbsii opened a new pull request #1827:
URL: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/1827

Reverse the order of permissions checks to check if the current user is
asking about themselves. This prevents an unnecessary audit log message
showing a denial when the user does not also have system privileges.

This was reverted, as explained in 1fa84ae2ea7b40081a2c1a94a560cda2f91b5f36
I will need to address this a different way.
