   k8s 情况下 可能还遇到 如果只有一个 ip 时候 这个ip 被别的服务使用了 因为本身是 a 服务 因为 a 服务因为某种原因 掉线了 然后 b服务使用这个ip 即便 我的a服务活着好像也不会变更服务列表
