Sean Owen resolved SPARK-1738.
------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

That document was since deleted at some point anyway, and I assume the answer is that it does not exit.

> Is spark-debugger still available?
> ----------------------------------
>
> Key: SPARK-1738
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-1738
> Project: Spark
> Issue Type: Question
> Components: Documentation
> Reporter: WangTaoTheTonic
> Priority: Minor
>
> I see the "arthur branch"(https://github.com/apache/spark/tree/arthur) described in docs/spark-debugger.md does not exist.
> So the spark-debugger is still available? If not, should the document be deleted?
