[m2] jar inside jar with on src tree?

I have a module that has BPEL and web services resources as well as some
java files. For some reason, Oracle BPEL wants me to package the java into a
Jar, then add that jar into the BPEL-INF/lib on my final jar that contains
my resources.

Can someone help me to understand how to create this jar inside of a jar.
