Decentralization of Users in Publication

Hi,
I have 3 publications namely pub1, pub2, pub3. All i did is copied the default publication into individual different publications.
Now when i create any users, like editors, admin or reviewer. All are stored in default publication. Is there any way of how to
create publication specific users. Or is there any step i was missing in creation of own publication.
Thanks in advance,
regards,
Roy

you need to edit config/ac/ac.xconf. when you just copy the default, it
will point to the default ac data.
