Unable to run JSP files..(Samples are Running)

Hi All
Iam unable to run the my JSP files. But iam able to run the samples came
with the apache tomcat. iam getting   HTTP 404 Not found error. and when i
modify the sample files that file is not working.

Can any body help me please..........
