XML example

I was using Netty2 for XML message exchange between client and server.

Now I am updating to MINA and found out that I had to look back into the 
matter.

Therefore based on the SumUp example and my own previous working XML 
server and clients I developed a new example.

I hope the mailing list will take attachments with my example.
