[C2] JDK version

Hi all,

I just checked out the latest C2 from CVS and the build fails on
XSPUtil.java with JDK 1.2.2 since it uses java.net.URL.getPath() which
was introduced in JDK 1.3.

IIRC, C2 is targeted at JDK version 1.2.2, so I think XSPUtil should be
updated (Berin ?).

Your right.  Will do shortly. (I just fixed an issue with being
able to log in to CVS)
