NOTICE: Axis c++ 1.4 win32 binaries updated

The original win32 binary distribution of Axis c++ 1.4 final was missing the Axis2SSLChannel.dll which is needed to use the SSL feature on the client side.

The original win32 binary distribution was replaced with a distribution with this dll included,  within the first 12 hours of the original distribution being deployed.

Downloads of Axis c++ 1.4 final you make after reading this mail will contain the relevant dll.

The mistake is regretted and please be informed.
