[PATCH] New file proposed. tools/contrib/svn_disk_doctor (feedback welcome)
New file. (Suggested location: tools/contrib).
svn_disk_doctor - analyze and manipulate svn repositories
on a filesystem.

I haven't read your patch, but I imagine that Symantec, Inc. would be
a little bothered by the use of the name 'Disk Doctor'. :-)
