imported the APEX project into APEXCORE Apache Jira.

After an export and user mappings and then import. All seemed to go fine.

7 issues had 'Anonymous' reporters which imported under my username, I can fix that or leave it , up to you.

Let me know how this one looks then I'll tackle the bigger one.
