Expressions should be handled entirely in the API module.

1.ResolvedAggInputReference should be replaced by FieldReferenceExpression

2.ResolvedAggLocalReference and ResolvedDistinctKeyReference should be merged into one class: ResolvedLocalReference. And move to API module.
