Windows Server 2003 Security Issues

Win32 Developers; the following whitepaper from MS describes some of
the various changes that could break applications (e.g. APR, SVN, Apache)
with the 2003 server.

Since most issues are 'created' by APR's choices of implementation
details - this link didn't look terribly relevant for SNV or Apache, they
seem to be issues we need to contend with...
