Spam Assassin Error Message
Spam assassin is incorrectly blocking a URL as spam. The error message says
that the URL is listed on the SBL blocklist, however no record exists in SBL.
Full error message in attached document.

how did you check that viewretreats.com was or not listed in SBL?

The rule URIBL_SBL checks if the domain's NS IP is listed in SBL
viewretreats.com's NSIP 199.168.139.226 listed on sbl.spamhaus.org
