Seems like the state could go on /buildAgentList.action.  It already shows 'Enabled' true/false, but it doesn't seem to detect when agents disappear.

I'd probably put the list of projects on the /displayQueues!display.action page, which currently only shows the name of the project group when builds are happening on an agent.
