According to FAQ (http://wiki.apache.org/general/Hudson), PMC has to add committers to hudson-jobadmin group as follows:

modify_appgroups.pl hudson-jobadmin --add=<Apache username>

Should we ask mentors to execute the above command?
Anyone knows about it?
