Symptoms:

When I configure in srm.conf (note the .HTM, not .HTML):

	DirectoryIndex welcome.htm
	AddType text/html .htm

and have a directory with only welcome.htm then,
when I retrieve http://host.at.domain/directory
I get the contents of welcome.htm as a text/plain
file. The browser does not format the page but shows
the HTML 'code' (which is not what I intended).

Changing mime.types or DefaultType does not help
either.
