   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   This is a follow task of https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/24472
   
   The interval conversion behavior is same with the PostgreSQL. https://github.com/postgres/postgres/blob/df1a699e5ba3232f373790b2c9485ddf720c4a70/src/test/regress/sql/interval.sql#L180-L203
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   UT.
