When browsing the ResourceManager's web interface I am presented with the attached screenshot.

I can't understand why it does not show the applications, even though there is no search text.  The application counts show the correct values relative to the submissions, successes, and failures.

Also see the text in the screenshot:
"Showing 0 to 0 of 0 entries (filtered from 19 total entries)"
