Dealing with Sales Order Items that are unshipped

We create sales orders specifically based on the customers PO. Sometimes,
items are on backorder and customer does not want them or an item is unable
to ship for some reason. The Sales Order remains open. How do we close a
sales order with outstanding items that are unshipped.

Hi,

You can cancel remaining item(s) and order will be completed automatically.
