Fix For: 0.3-INCUBATING
If GFac receives a GFac URI type which bears the semantics of a gridftp file url, GFAc should handle this file properly. That is to say if it is a remote file the fle need to be copied to the local machine. If it is the same host it need to do a simple CP.
