maven-bundle-plugin questions

When the maven-bundle-plugin (Version: 2.3.4) plug-in unit is used, and 
the type is bundle, content of the xml resource document in the package 
has illegible codes.



1 in the above picture refers to the source file.

2 refers to the position. During the construction, copy 
system-errorcode-i18n-zh-CN.xml to this position, and the content of the 
file is correct.
But if you package it and put the package in the jar package under the 
target directory, the content of the file has illegible codes. When the 
type configuration in the pom.xml file is jar, the content of the file 
becomes correct.

has illegible codes
