ActionForward or <html:link> tag does not support absolute URIs

Summary: ActionForward or <html:link> tag does not support
                    absolute URIs
           Product: Struts
           Version: Nightly Build
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Custom Tags
        AssignedTo: struts-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: husted@apache.org

The ActionForward is documented to support a path with a "Module-relative or
context-relative URI to which control should be forwarded, or an absolute or
relative URI to which control should be redirected." but absolute and relative
URIs are both prefixed with the application context. See update to html-link
page in exercise-taglib.
