        Security measure: prevent web::context data to be moved from
        one request to the next in mod_websh 

        RB: I don't like this. General configuration should be
        persistent across requests -> this is the developers
        responsibility!

What is the purpose behind contexts, rather than just creating and
using a namespace for something?  Just as a standard way of doing
things?  It looks like that from the code.

Why would one want to destroy it across requests?  Examining how
things work, it looks like something that is basically created for
storage, and ought to be left to store things unless told not to do
so.  But maybe that's just my superficial understanding.
