This is fixing backed Data duplication issue, which occurs because even after the paragraph status is finished the Z-Server sends paragraph append command ( PARAGRAPH followed by PARAGRAPH_APPEND_OUTPUT), which is causing this data duplication.
I've already made a short term/frontend fix [there|https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/2835]
