[Catalina] long shutdown

Hi all

I've noticed that Catalina regularly has about 30 secs. to shutdown on a
Linux System (Pentium III 500 Mhz). It doesn't happen on a WinNT box.
This stops me to restart it quickly. I use Catalina to test Cocoon 2.

Any hints why this happens?
