[Bug 122714] First column label values change to calendar date when copy/paste chart to other AOO application

Steps how to reproduce with "AOO 4.0.1   – German UI / German locale  [Rev.
1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on  German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic”
 4.0  User Profile used for all  predecessor versions

1. Open attached sample document from AOO Start Center
2. click second chart
3. <control+c> for copy
4. Menu 'File -> New -> Text Document'
   > Writer document opens
5. <control+v> for paste
   Expected: normal number values at axis
   Actual: X-axis with dates 

Problem does not appear if you use first chart without checked "First column as
label
