Description:
Exposing metrics for backup / restore would give admin insight on the overall operations.
The metrics should include (but are not limited to):
* number of backups performed (full / incremental)
* number of restore's performed (full / incremental)
* number of aborted backups
* number of aborted restore's
* duration of backups performed
* duration of restores performed
