Checking out smx4 features/kernel/nmr/specs at once

L.S.,

I have added https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx4/all to 
ease working with the SMX4 subprojects.  There is no unified pom.xml to 
build them all (yet?), it just uses svn:externals to provide you with a 
more convenient way to check out all subprojects in a single operation.

awesome.. I just poped in a pom in there so that you can do a reactor
build of all the modules.
