Dominique Jäggi resolved JCR-3899.

    Resolution: Fixed

due to changes in the query core, the only failure remaining was invalid query syntax, due to the jcr:like(fn:name()) condition not being escaped if the condition was an apostrophe ('). added angela's tests (thanks!) from her patch in OAK-2231 and fixed the query by escaping invalid query characters.
