[I] Log output to file - not everything is captured by log file [maven]

Tested on `maven-archetype` project
Logs generated by tests executed by surefire are not redirect to log file.

Looking at it now, but uh, might be some issue with jline (ansi console install), which is totally different in master/4.x branch

Maybe just use Linux to have no problem :)
