It may be legal but I doubt it'll work for the sender. So please don't
do that.

But I think we should fall back to the earlier model of inferring from
the out message when we cannot infer it from the content-type, rather
than making the SOAP1.1 default..

I think this change is already done [1].. I'm +1 for inferring the
SOAP version of the response based on the content-type of the response
message..
