Reasons for HTTP Error

Dear all,

 From the past few days ,I am struggling to find the root cause of HTTP 
Error occured when I am going to check the Namenode from the IP :-

http://Masteer-IP:50070.
HTTP ERROR: 404

/dfshealth.jsp

RequestURI=/dfshealth.jsp

/Powered by Jetty:// <http://jetty.mortbay.org/>
/

I also attached the previous dicussion.

What are the possible reasons for that ?
