British Columbia and we ask that you please review the information below
regarding your talk and complete all required items to confirm your
speaking engagement.

Important Note: We have switched CFP systems since you submitted your
proposal(s) for this event. The original CFP dashboard you used is no
longer updated or being used. You will be sent instructions on how to
access the new CFP dashboard (Cadmium).

*Registration + Multiple Speakers*
To confirm that you will be presenting, please register
<https://www.regonline.com/register/checkin.aspx?EventId=1767441&MethodId=0&EventSessionId=&startnewreg=1>

primary speaker for a proposal will receive a complimentary pass for the
event. Additional speakers will receive 20% off the registration fee.
Please ask additional speakers to register

as
an Attendee and in the discount code box use code: *APSPK2*. For panel

that your speaking slot will be replaced by a session on our waiting list,
so please register promptly.

You will receive information on logging into your Cadmium account where you
will find instructions to complete speaker tasks such as uploading your bio
and photo; so please make sure to log-in and confirm your details.

The schedule will be published by Tuesday, March 8th and we will send you
an email at that time detailing the date, time and location of your talk.

If you have a conflict with the timing of your talk, or find that it
conflicts with another talk scheduled at the same time; or have problems
logging into your account, please contact Jillian Hall
