[jira] Created: (GERONIMO-2019) KeystoreManager API needs ability
to create client-side socket factories.
KeystoreManager API needs ability to create client-side socket factories.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GERONIMO-2019
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-2019
Project: Geronimo
Type: Improvement
Security: public (Regular issues)
Components: management
Versions: 1.1
Reporter: Rick McGuire
Assigned to: Rick McGuire
Fix For: 1.1
The KeystoreManager API has a method createSSLSocketFactory that create an instanse of SSLServerSocketFactory (which suggests the method is misnamed). It does not include a method for creating an SSLSocketFactory instance, which is required if the CORBA support is to use the KeystoreManager for configuring the socket libraries.
