I have modified Kyle's account to be ksnavely. If you could have Kyle go to https://id.apache.org/ and verify that Kyle is able to:

1. log in
2. add his ssh public key
3. wait 10-15 minutes and then try to ssh into minotaur.apache.org
4. able to send email from ksnavely@apache.org

If he is able to those things, then we can close this ticket.
