0.22

I know I mentioned I was going to start the 0.22 release like over a
month ago, but haven't really had the chance to actually work on that
until now...

Since it has been a while, I wanted to start a thread to mention I'm
currently looking over the changes between 0.21 and 0.22, as well as
the set of open PRs, to see if there is anything that should be
addressed before making the 0.22 branch. If anyone is aware of
anything that should be included, feel free to add to this thread.
Otherwise, assuming I don't find any blockers, I expect I should make
the branch/code freeze later this week.

Clint, thank you for managing the 0.22 release.

I think https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/11574 is good to include
in 0.22, since there is no good workaround for that bug today except
building a custom Druid with a higher maxStreamLength.
There is also https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/11097 that fixes a
query correctness bug, which will be nice to include it too. These are
not release blockers though.
The only blocker I'm aware of is the IP of the helm chart. We should
either revert it from the release branch or clear the IP of the helm
chart.

Hi Clint,

It would be great if PR #10635 <https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/10635>
and bug fix #11639 <https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/11369> are
included in 0.22.
